Hosted by the gracious and entertaining staff of the African American Museum and Library.  Duane and Jerry have put together a one of a kind book that lifts the roof off of Oakland's famous and vibrant arts heritage that's known throughout the country.  More then 200 photographs opens up the conversation into the lives of many inspiring artists, masters in their chosen aesthetic and neighbors to the community...

The African American Museum and Library proudly hosts this outside "tea party"  for a meet and greet you will never forget.  Bring a friend, bring a memory, bring the art of community back home to Oakland!

Jerry and Duane have spent decades in the Bay Area working in all aspects of community service, publishing, and visual arts.
